Suggested titration schedule for K?

I've been looking for a sample spreadsheet I can use to create my titration schedule. I've read references to one or more but can't locate it.  Can someone help me find it?

 

Also, I'd love your advice... I'm at 1.5mg Klonopin, and I'd like to micro taper due to the horrific withdrawal symptoms I experienced dry cutting down from 2mg.  If you also suffered withdrawals (which I'm guessing all of you have, if you've taken K), what's a reasonable rate to keep moving downward?  I'd settled on 1% a day but that adds up fast and may get tedious to manage.  Hmm...

 

I have all the recommended liquid titration gear - I just need a schedule!

1% a day is too fast.  Even 0.5% a day is a fairly aggressive pace. 

 

Consider something like this...

 

If you are having a reasonably decent day (all things considered), cut 0.33%

If you are having a more challenging day, but not terrible, cut 0.1%

If you are having a really crappy day, no cut.

 

You can just start your own spreadsheet with a starting doe of 1.5mg.  Put a space on the next line for how you're feeling.  I did it on a 100 point basis.  Scoring over 70/100, you cut 0.33.  Score 50-70, you cut 0.1.  Score less than 50, no cut.

 

You can adjust the rates and scores as you see how things are going.  The problem with most spreadsheet schedules is that they don't take into account how the person is feeling or their individual physiology.  I think it's better to simply do these calculations on a daily basis and paying heed to how you're doing.  Maybe something like this...
