Infection make my sx worse?

I'm at the end of my 5th month off. I felt 75% better & then BOOM! I seriously almost lost my mind. Thank goodness I know my body bc I could feel my kidneys aching. Sure enough I had a slight kidney infection. Seriously, I was driving, going for walks, able to go grocery shopping... now I'm stuck in my bed with energy one smudge above a corpse. I have severe anxiety when I wake up & insane waves of pain until about 4:30 everyday then it starts to ease. I can't eat until late at night & I can barely hold a conversation (if none of this makes sense I apologize).

 

Could the infection and the antibiotic be kicking my butt this hard? Can it make a wave rev up?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Antibiotics will rev you up for sure plus the infection itself. i had a tooth infection, that was really keeping me in a state of anxiety and then I took a round of penicillin and it mad me sooooooooooo sick! So yea, most definitely!

Yes most definitely. I had as really bad tooth infection around 9 months and it made everything 10x worse. Once i got it taken care of things slowly started getting better and better though. Just gotta take your meds till it clears the infection and you should feel better once your done. Make sure to take some probiotics once your finished to help restore healthy gut flora . The gut is the second brain
