Hi there

Anyone got a positive, uplifting YouTube video that they could recommend please?

I was thinking of any video links that give hope for recovery. I think that hope is all we have to hang onto sometimes so anything positive that you have found would be really appreciated.

I really like the Rasa Lukosiute meditation videos. This may not be exactly what you are looking for but she has a very soothing voice and I have found them beneficial. There are many to chose from, I usually do the cellular healing, connecting to source or chakra cleansing ones. There is one for PTSD and anxiety which I have not explored but could be helpful. I always feel more centered and calm after listening to them. Best wishes!
