For weeks l have been going through a stressful time due to my husband been diagnosed with prostate cancer,this mornings consultation was very positive where he will get treatment and told he will live a normal life for years to come, did l come out that consulting room elated NO l have been crying all of this morning my husband does'nt understand this and neither do l,l should be so grateful. I'm not trying to blame everything on benzo's but don't understand this am l listening to benzo lies Love Kat

you are just a normal human, right? It was a frightening situation and even though you got a good prognosis we all often surrender when the stress is easing up. Just normal. Love yourself, do yourself something good, no next catastrophe in sight, everything will be alright. And stop wondering why emotions are coming up. thats not worth it.

I can understand that. benzo wd is such a catastrophe and makes us search for new ones every day.. just accept it - this will get better..
