Relentless Depression & Mental Fatigue at 16 months out!

Everytime the I say goodbye to depression and Mental Fatigue, I sink back again in depression and and low motivation....

Is it just withdrawal symptoms??

I am almost 4 years out after a bad taper and cold turkey. If I have stress in my life I still get foggy clouded thinking. It feels like withdrawal a little. It happens when I have problems with my gf or etc.. I think dr Ashton was right regarding stress can cause problems even some years .

I wasn't stressed out or anything, just some rain and clouds triggered all of this.

Exactly! I do hope the same, that it's just some withdrawal symptoms (wave) and Not me.

My depression was gone for a while but it came back the past month. What do you mean by mental fatigue ? I am 15 months off so i a little behind you. Perhaps this mental fatigue is linked to your depression? If your talking about your cognitive ability i am also still having issues with that as well..
