Reading

Does anyone else find that their reading is impaired during taper (as well as general ability to focus / follow what's happening on a TV show).. I find it a struggle reading lines of text and end up having to re-read over and over until something sinks in. Am hoping my ability to focus comes back..

I have experienced this on and off during my taper. I have to reread things over again and really focus. I also have trouble with my vision at times when I'm trying to read.

Yes. And I get depressed by not being able to read ss much as I used to.

Can't focus, have to read the same page up to three times.

Used to read alot, never watch tv. Now I'm happy if I can focus on what's going on in the world.

When I do read i get very easily distracted. Before this i could read and didn't bother if it was 10 ppl in the same room talking loud.

 

Hoping this will pass soon.

I had these problems too when recovering.  But it was temporary, and it does go away in time.

Some days I cannot read or watch something too. I get really bored and this drives me crazy. I usually just try to sit it out. Good luck
