I'm on 4 mg Valium.  Doctor wants me off 2 mg, and remain on 2 mg.  Since May1, I started tapering

1/4 mg every three weeks.  I am down to 1 mg which I've been on for three weeks.  I don't feel stabilized to stop yet.  Should I continue for another week or make another cut?  I don't know what to do.  Doctor not very helpful.  Thanking you in advance.  I truly need your advice.
