I don't know how I feel......

Mentally I feel not bad and I feel not good either.

It's like I still miss the strength to live.

Yes, I know this feeling very well.  Some days I feel up and good and others I feel so exhausted I wonder what's the point!  I hate those days as I love life so much! I sleep good one night and think finally and then can't sleep the next so back to exhaustion. I exercise everyday but nothing is changing.  What a horrible dance this is. But, I know I am so much better than I was 6 mo the ago as I am actually walking a lot.  I guess we just have to wait this out and hope we heal sooner than later and finally get a semblance of a normal life. What I would give to feel normal again. It's funny how we take our. Beautiful lives for granted and then this happens.  Well no more taking life for granted for me.  I see on here all the time that we all heal from this disaster.  I really am looking forward to that day.  I do believe that day will come for all of us and then no looking back and no more bad thoughts or regrets.  Maybe tomorrow will be the day that it ends and things just get better and better I have that hope anyway.
