I noticed lately im making myself make weird noises with my throat and keep having to like lick my lips moving my mouth over and over i keep having to do it i dont know why, do you know what this is?

Not sure about that specifically, but I have / had involuntary movements that were very irksome.  I'm not talking about muscle twitches or jerks, but actual movements that I did repeatedly for a while. 

 

Hard to say exactly, but it's probably just one more feature of the benzo wd.

I think it's related to wd, especially if you've never done this before.  Look up tardive dyskinesia - is this what you're experiencing?  You may find the definitions say that it can be permanent, but please don't worry about that.  If you didn't do it before withdrawal, it will resolve as you get better. 

 

I have "involuntary" mouth movements as well - not totally involuntary, as I have it under control if anyone's around, but when I'm alone and very tired or stressed, I catch myself doing it.  Try not to think about it too much - it's just one  of those weird little symptoms as your nervous system is healing, and one day you'll realize you no longer do it.
