I have been looking into this.

 

My fiance and I wanted to take legal action against the dr. who prescribed Klon to my fiance. A  few problems...i forget how long he has been on the meds and if it has been longer than a certain number of years, you can't pursue it, also my fiance was prescribed per dosing instructions..."take .5mg up to 3 times a day as needed."

He asked the dr many times if he could get addicted or dependent and was told nope you'll be fine...such a small dose....he's worse off now than before klon!
