just let the flow and dont panick over it. Because it becomes worst with anxiety.

 

You will feel yourelf when your thoughts become normal and feelings and sensations like I said. It is a process that takes time. But it happen.

me too Pinkfairy, right now I'm afraid I'ma just seize out... got the chest pain, left arm numb, head ache ... feeling messed up... feels like I'll never gather myself I know that feeling or doom is coming and I can't prevent it- very scary

Am 16 month out from a CT off Paxil,11 month out from a CT zopiclone..reinstated diazpam as had CT that,am a year in battling alone with a child...

Health down the toilet,have gone back over it's the worst have ever felt...I felt like I did when I CT.have tapered from 8mg of diazpam to 4.5mg on top of those CT so am suffering badly now.

 

So sorry Paulos it's soul destroying I just have no words of comfort apart from your not alone ❤️

keep going, we need tie to recover fro the damage of these pills.

 

I did several accidental ct's, I was accidental addiected, and just when I was in accidental WD I had a bad reaction to the antidepressant that the doctor gave me... everybody has its story.

 

the time is different for each one.. but the result is the same... these pills are hell and change us.

I was drinking throughout my zopiclone use dear lord!!

I feel like I will never be the same again after been in this hell hole...

Am exhausted am so ready to collapse...the sheer terror of the situation is paralized me...

What I've been through the last 7 years is the most traumatizing thing I've ever been through.  Sometimes I'm amazed that I'm still alive.
