Why is it, you seem better, then Boom! It's back, my gosh does it ever get better, 6&1/2 weeks off Xanax.

I hear you, Skpp,

 

I am 6 weeks off and had a couple windows early on, but now I am in the throws of a horrible wave mentally and physically.

 

Just remember these symptoms are a sign that your brain is healing. Do not focus on the symptoms and accept that they are what they  are and you WILL heal.
