Drink water not soda

Do not eat white bread white potatoes or white rice

Eat mainly lean protein and vegetables especially green vegetables

Do not eat crackers or bread or pastries or any junk like that

Avoid sugars except when in fruit but also don't overdo fruit

 

Not a physician but I have used this in the past and it has worked very well.

let me give you an example from my grandmother.

 

She had high blood pressure pretty much her whole adulthood. However she lost a lot of weight through one of those portion control diet companies whom I don't want to give out the name but you would know it.

 

After she lost the weight her blood pressure went from very high to perfect.

 

I really do think that if we choose to eat properly and get away from processed foods and junk food and restaurant food almost all of us would not need blood pressure medication. Blood pressure medication is pretty much as toxic as benzos just they have different symptoms.

 

now you might not agree with me but if you are so inclined try this diet out for a short period of time and let me know if your blood pressure goes back to normal. I know a man who got adult onset diabetes who reversed it through just eating properly.

Go for walks and do some weight lifting or anaerobic exercise

Find your enjoyment of eating through how well it is making you feel and not the so-called taste which will change after a while and you won't even like stuff mentioned above anyway

 

Give it a shot and I'll bet you'll find great results
