Lightheadedness... solutions?

I am now more than a week without zopiclone, my biggest problem is dizziness during the day and around bed time. I know it can be related to leponex, which I am also using, but I didn't have it before I quitted zopiclone. Anyone solutions which can help against lightheadedness?

Try looking up realigning the crystals in your inner ear. youtube. as for the light headiness get your blood pressure checked and drink lots of water. I get like that when I'm dehydrated
