I had to do it. I went back up to .25MGs of Klonopin. The .25 drop was too much. I wasn't thinking too clearly last year when I went cold turkey off of .375MGs. Instead of just going back up to .375MGs I bumped up to .75MGs.

I was reading a novel at the senior center and I started having panic attacks in response to my tinnitus.

I haven't had a panic attack since 1968.

I just love those trips down memory lane :thumbsup:

 

I'm not as sick as I was yesterday but, anger issues!! The least little thing is sending me into a rage. I said I was against long holds for me... but...
