Inner tremors and twitching nerves at 10.5 months off

Hi all,

I'm struggling at the moment again. The inner tremors are terrible. I'm lying in bed at night and my whole body is vibrating and my nerves are twitching. How can it be so bad at 10 and a half months off?

I feel like I'm going mad. I was going to try and reduce my 15mg dose of Mirtazepine and come off aiming for around the year off benzos mark but maybe with all this going on it's too soon?

Anyone else got this going on? I could use your advice and support.

Cheers,

Bo

Hi Bonaventure, sorry your struggling, these symptoms can be very scary i know........but it will pass.  Keep on going… push through . it will eventually come good again. The CNS can take a long time to repair…it will settle down.  I think you will see a difference in a few months time.

I was still in the thick of it at 10 months, bedridden, agoraphobic, dreadful inner vibrations, excruciating pain, and losing hope that I would ever recover.  Year 2 was so different for me, things started to come together, symptoms were vanishing, and by 18 months I was outside for the first time, washing my car.    Its a memory I will never forget, it was such a wonderful feeling.

Hang in there, you will recover

Hi bonaventure

sorry that you are struggling... I am a short user and suffering from lots of symptoms... one of them is twitching and body tremor.

my twitching right now is just located on just my right arm while at first it was widespread.

how is your twitching? is it located in one specific area or it is wide spread?

Thanks Margarita. Gosh I really needed to hear that. It's tough right now. Feels like sms have worsened especially the tremors and anxiety. Hellish. I'm so sleep deprived.

Thanks for your words of encouragement. It means so much to hear that. I'll keep pushing.

Thanks

Bo
