Okay so for the past few days, I can eat alot but I don't get that full/satisfied feeling at all! I don't even feel like I've eaten anything! I feel like I'm starving even after I've eaten! This is making my health anxiety worse whatever is going on.

Okay so for the past 4 days now, I can sit here and eat but my stomach still feels empy. I don't get that full/satisfied feeling at all! I don't even feel like I've eaten anything! I feel like I'm starving even after I've eaten! This is making my health anxiety worse whatever is going on. I can't see my doctor for a few weeks so I thought I'd see what y'all think.

chances are your Dr wont know either... -but you may be lucky...

Benzos and the GI are a complex thing...

Many receptors in the GI are affected by benzos, with a variety of outcomes...

I could never feel sated for years -constant hunger... That seems to be changing to no appetite in the last couple of weeks.. (thank god)...

Other things are, but not limited to, -loss of peristalsis, IBS C&D, acid (PH) changes and reflux...

I know my situation, but others on here are well versed on the whole situation, perhaps they will chime in...

There is a support group, might be worth a read.. but i dont think its that active atm..

ncbi has some great info, if you want to google...

But simply put... when my SX are high from tapering too fast, my GI suffers first...

And is the last to improve... Its my personal weakness...

All the best.. :)
