I am so lost

I really have no friends. No job. I Care very little about life.  I feel no connection to God. I had a panic attack today and drank a couple of beers to help me deal with it. I am depressed all the time pretty much. This sucks.

Pretty much feel in the same boat as me.

 

I really wouldnt recommended drinking even tho i know it seems like an easier option to become an alcoholic at least then we could go out and have friends and enjoy nights out haha.

 

I am so depressed its unbelievable i dont have it in me to kill myself but would love for someone to do it for me, put me out of my misery.

 

I cannot leave the house most of the time extreme physical and mental pain but look it we dont try well never know

We're all here for each other. I haven't worked in two years because of anxiety issues after I left my last job. Now with this whole Benzo thing I don't know when I'll get back to work. We'll get there though and we've got this community here for us while we heal.

I feel fairly OK now.  I am married, but they only person I interact with is my husband.  He is 70, and if something happens to him as I am younger, I will be alone. Scares the living **** out of me.  Benzos have so fried my brain that I can't even drive without risking my life or others.

I saw your profile and I too hit a wall after trying to drop down from 10 mg of Valium.  Real bad depression and panic attacks.

Hey man, im 23 and a half and got no job either. I live in County paid housing, And Get SSI for My mental health issues. I have very few friends because my social anxiety and anxiety IN GENERAL is debilitating !!! Its awful. Been this way my whole life. So i feel yaa
