I have been doing so well. 8 months out. Running half marathons, agoraphobia and dp / dr lessening and then all of a sudden very ocd symptoms brought on by who knows what. Started with false memories from years ago now paranoia about unrealistic things. Anyone else experience these things or is this the real me? Thanks. Confused...

Hi My Goal,

 

I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I am 9 months off and in a similar spot. I would say that the intensity of what you are experiencing is withdrawal and not "the real you." That being said, I had some memories bubble up last summer in acute that I initially thought I must be making up and they actually are things I need to process and work through in therapy.

 

Hang in there. It's not fun but we can get through this  :smitten:
