I love coffee so much.  I finally leveled out.  No symptoms all day.  Took a nap at 3pm.  when I woke up and drank a few cups of coffee.  30 min later.  Bamm!!  That Adrenalin feeling and jittery feeling :D

Maybe try less cups? I feel great on one cup but no more.

Have you tried decaf? I can't tell the difference in taste, personally. I love coffee too but can't even drink decaf right now. Out of everything that's been the hardest to give up. Sending hugs  :smitten:

Half caf or less is also a good alternative.  You can buy decaf and regular and then mix them up, like half each for a pot of coffee and see how that effects you.

Yeh, I was going to make coffee like tea but mixing them would be better
