Will exercise cease the day?

How bout no matter how bad I feel that I try exercise?  (Even as little as I can do in bad moments.)

 

It seems to be helpful for many people here.    :D

For some, exercise helps. For others, it makes symptoms worse. WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU :)

 

Start out with light exercise and if theres no issues, continue and gradually increase the difficulty .

Yep makes sense to me.

 

I've made a bunch of lifestyle changes.  No more eating out, paleo diet (lean protein, low carbs only from fruits and mainly green vegetables), stay away from junk food, no white bread, no processed foods.  Plus keep away from alcohol.

 

I blew up like a balloon drinking beer.  I feel like crappe.  Need to lose 40 pounds.  Ugh.  I used to be fit.

 

From now on spinach, broccoli, kale and tuna fish out of a can for me!  8)

Try to exercise, even if it is sit ups or bycycle type movement in bed.  I stand by my bed and March in place 100 times about 3 times a day.  I'near the bed in case I get dizzy.  Not using your muscles at all can cause atrophy (decreaseand wasting) of muscle tissue.
