YES!  Extremely normal.  It's very annoying and can be unsettling...I try to ignore it and am still experiencing it more days than not.  Not to worry......

Unfortunately, yes.  It's my most nagging symptom still at 12.5 months off.  It feels amazing when I get windows and it lifts.
