Need advice

Like all people here i suffered from unwanted benzodiazepines reactions so i searched the internet for clarification regarding my symptoms and came across this site.I have taken xanax but for a very short time and ativan for around 3 months but with pauses.I c/ted for almost 4 weeks now and i need some support regarding my sxs.
