Hello everyone, been on Xanax since 2005; I usually would take 3 to 7mg of xanax a day but I eventually either run out or begin a taper that feels like death. How else does everyone else do? I've been here before but I didn't come back in months because I didn't want to bother anyone here truthfully.

I have been cutting and I am feeling really depressed today. Just doing what I can to make it through the day.

 

How much have you cut down to?

I'm today, on 1mg of Klon already but I'd like to only take another .5 later LATER in the day. I have 3.5 mg of Klonopin left, and 2.5 mg of Xanax left and I have 12 days to go still... so I cut from 3-4 MG of Xanax ad ay recently to 1.5 mg of Klonopin.

If you have run out of meds early (Im not sure on the dose conversions to valium), -It might be best to try and get some more... But I know that can be tricky...

I'm still scared right now
