Stabbing Head Pains coming from taper?

:-\ So I'm pretty convinced at this point i F***** myself with my taper if anyone wants to see below .

Every cut brought on something extreme, Chest pains were my cut before last & this cut has been excruciating head pains. ???

Literally in the center of my scalp feels like someone is stabbing me with a pencil extremely hard and digging in the same spot!! Throws me into a mini panic but then it eases up. I had a MRI march 31st and all was well so not sure how much could happen with my brain in three months :D .

Ive had ice pick headaches before but this was a bit worse and more of a duller pain  :-[.

Anyone else experience the same thing?

& also, at this point should i just hold until i feel stable because there isn't a point in updosing after being at this one dose for over two weeks right ?

If you had an MRI and it was normal, Then Its def Benzo-withdrawal related. Um, I'd say maybe hold for another week and see how you feel? If you feel worse or the same, Maybe updose.

NO shame in that! I go to the doctor a lot sometimes for the same reason. Better safe than sorry

I went through 2 spells of scalp pain at a specific spot on my scalp, and burning on scalp, and general headache feeling that was only minimally responsive to pain meds. Really bothered me both physically and mentally, but after some days it passed, both times. Last time was about a month ago. I'm now sure it was withdrawal. Each time I have a wave the symptoms seem to find a new area to irritate. Right now I'm doing great, very near the end of micro-tapering. Hope it lets up for you soon and is just withdrawal.
