Rapid heart rate!

I have a resting heart rate of 93 and feel like I'm going to jump out of my skin. Any advice? I would really appreciate it! Thank, Buddies

My heart rate can also be quite high (compared to my normal) as well. You heart rate, while it feels bad, is actually in a safe range, from what I understand. See if you can tell yourself that: I am safe.  Also, monitoring it may or may not be useful. My doctor told me to stop monitoring mine at one point, because my subjective experience was getting worse through the monitoring.

93 is actually pretty normal and safe!!! its just withdrawals, if you have sharp chest pains followed by chest tightness, go to your doctor or the Er, just to be sure. But its prob 90% def benzo related.

93 shouldn't be dangerous (unless you already have severe heart issues).  After I cut my dose in half, my resting heart rate was 120 or higher for over a month!  (When I was panicking, it was up to 160 or even higher for several hours at a time).  It slowly came down as I continued to taper.
