Pain clinic?

I am almost 14 months off. I am in extreme pain - mostly extreme head squeezing/pressure, intense neck, shoulder & back stiffness and pain, hands and feet burn and ache & general pain fro my skin down through muscles into my bones. My family is pushing an intensive, three week pain clinic as I am in dire straits and only seem to be getting worse. Has any been to a pain clinic and gotten any real relief?

 

I fear that such a program will not be benzo-wise and that I will come out of it in worse mental and physical shape. I have tried to simply let time pass, eat healthy, etc. but I feel like I am slipping away.

No responses can only mean that people have either not been to a pain clinic or if they did, it did nothing to ease symptoms.
