Who's completely alone ie no support!!

Who is doing this complete alone?no friends to pop in,no family around etc..i am alone trying to run a home An bring my son up!!

Am 38 An I feel as though am aged four..

I would give my legs to have family around us 💔

I just feel like am over the edge,an there's no coming back...

I don't no how much more I can possibly endure..

Sleep 20 minutes in the last two nights...

Pray with all you have BB because I am down An stuck in that trench..

I really can understand hw overwhelmed and desperate you must feel.  I don't know what I would do without my husband whois doing more than his share now.  Are you still working?  Is there any social services agency or church sponsored agency fhat could help.  In the US we have something called COMPEER where volunteers become a friend to someoneone wifh mental health problems, shopping, activities, conversation.  Going through withdrawal is reaally a mental health issue. I know in the UK there are CITA groups that may be able to help. UK members may help to get you in touch.  Someone to cook you a meal, do some shoping, or just give your little child abath and bedtime story.  I was a single mom who raised fwo kids by mysslf with no family around.  It was terrible.  I only had moderate depressio and anxiety.  The bad problems started after my kids grew

Up and I got sfuck in the benzo cycle.  I would be happy to connect with you, and am online everyday.  One day at a time-you will recover.
