The first part of my taper was not fun but bearable.  I've gone from 3.5m Xanax and Klonopin combined daily, plus ambien, to under 1mg Klonopin only.  I'm having daily headaches, some migraine types with visual disturbances, heart palpitations and the expected rebound anxiety type stuff.  Pretty damn miserable.  I've been holding here for a while and although my doctor believes I should keep tapering it feels like I should try to stabilize on this dosage first.  Hell, I don't know.  At least I'm no long peeing every 30 minutes all through the night like I was.... Thanks
