I keep writing on here to ask if anyone know's if severe stress can uptick symptom's lremember someone writing on here a few months ago who was about as far as l am now, she said she was in a really bad wave through an antibiotic injection l was wondering if anyone knew would the stress l have act in the same way as that lady....please please help if you can ty

Yes, yes and YES!! Stress is no good! Our CNS in this healing is seriously sensitive and very fragile during healing. So important to keep stress at bay. Do whatever you can to remedy this. When I was in the throes of acute/recovery, I had to have a serious, come to Jesus talk with my core family and closest friends. They really need to understand, to the best of their ability and even then, they will never get it, just what this takes out of you. Now is the time to set VERY healthy and VERY tight boundaries, to give yourself the best possible setting to heal. ALL the mental sx are just hell and stress only makes it all worse, plus rev's up the physical sx.
