My sinuses and post nasal drip are driving me crazy. What helps with that?

Saline spray?  I like the type that come in an aerosol can.  I find it much more effective that the squirt bottle or Neti pot.  Use it liberally throughout the day.

I bought the target store brand more recently.  Otherwise, I buy the Simply Saline from Arm and Hammer brand.  Usually available at any drugstore.  It's a little pricy, but worth it.

Saline spray, or taking somethi like nazonex can help.  I take it right before bedtime or I breath throu my mouth and get dry mouth.
