Has anyone tried sounds therapy to help with withdrawal symptoms and healing? I couldn't get my heart rate below 120 the other day and tried sounds therapy and within 20 minutes my HR was down you 64....i haven't seen my HR below 85 in over a decade...

 

I'm scared to try the ones for nerve healing ... Anyone have some insight on this?
