There is no shame in that.  Withdrawl can be brutal. Some people mix up their benzos in solution to allow them to taper in extremely small increments at a time. If you can get off it, do it super slow. Even if it takes you months, it will be worth it. Save any pills you don't use incase you have a problem ie your Dr. discontinues your script or the supply lines get disrupted.

 

I've cold turkeyed methadone back when I was on it for pain and had been on it for two years. It wasn't nearly as bad as when I cold turkeyed my klonopin.

 

Judging from seeing the same thing over and over from all over the country that their Dr.s told them just to stop taking them and nothing bad would happen, I have a feeling they aren't being taught how dangerous those things are. They know about narcotic withdrawl, but apparently not benzo withdrawl.

I've dropped down from .5 to.25. I still feel the same so I guess that's a good this. I plan on dropping more in the future to rid myself of anxiety benzo.

Don't worry about it Sonic I had to get on 400mg Seroquel. Staying up for 3 days and hearing voices and having delusions was not cool at all. Fvxk benzos! I've been sober too.
