please I don't know what to do I have no one I'm getting worse I can't eat I can't take care of myself no more it feels like I've got dementia but I haven't I just drink coffee and smoke I'm scared I'm going insane or I will die I can't do this alone anymore.

I am sooo sorry you are in this state.  I am hoping one of our BBs can offer you some advice for starting to get out of this dilemma.  Please take care.

 

PS:  Can you try and cut down on the coffee a bit or use more decaf?  The reason I mention that is because caffeine has just started to really bother me and I am nine months jumped.

Hi. I'm so sorry you are experiencing this. Can you slowly go off of coffee, for starters? Coffee ramps me up horribly, I can't do it anymore, like a shock to my system. Sadly nicotine also works on temporarily damaged nerve receptors. But that's SO hard to give up under stress. Do you have any contact with a local church. Is there a community counseling center that may be able to direct you to a local crisis line? I hope things begin to ease for you.
