Non diabetic with fluctuating blood sugars?

[...]

Recommended Posts

Has anyone Whois not diabetic had fluctuating blood sugars?

Everyone has "fluctuating blood sugars".  It's normal for blood sugar to vary from 60-70, to 180-200 over the course of the day.

Thank you for that, Builder. I will stop freaking out. I feel funny when my is almost 200 a couple of hours after I eat. It doesn't do it often, but I feel it.

Sjs: I have a glucometer too. And a thingy (don't know what it's called )to check my BP and pulse.

Now I just need an EKG to have my own little hospital here 😀

I used to freak out over my blood sugar levels, but as Builder said, it's normal that it's vary over the day.

Haven't checked my blood sugar for days now.

Stay calm, you're normal  :)

180-200 2 hours after eating ("postprandial") would be perfectly normal.
