Need Help, multiple questions re: daily taper with milk, tolerance.

Hello everyone, I've been inactive for a while after a few failed tapers. The last "failed" taper was a milk daily microtaper from 1.5mg of Klonopin. Out of stupidity I guess I just decided to stop that. I had no symptoms.

Flash forward a year later and here I am, I'm not feeling super ill or anything but I believe I might've become tolerant to this dose as I'm having some hallmark symptoms of withdrawal; although this cold be a cold. Either way; my SO and I have decided it's time for me to start and finish tapering this crap.

1) If I am in fact in tolerance withdrawal, is there any chance I could get better by waiting it out? Or will I ONLY get worse? I'd prefer to start at a point where I'm 100% comfortable.

2) Can anyone offer any advice on how to set up a Daily microtaper? I only did it for about a month, I still have hundreds of syringes, a few mason jars etc. But I honestly don't remember how I got it started to begin with. My doses are split into 3 .05mg pills a day. I know that there was a youtube video and spreadsheets but I can't seem to find them anymore. If anyone can help I'd be much obliged.

Just to clear anything up I'm still on 1.5mg of Klonopin.

Thanks!

Frotob
