How can I accept w/d without ANY windows?

I am 13 months off benzos and am trying to accept this nightmare. I am in severe pain 24/7 and get NO windows. How can I fully accept this as w/d without the windows I desperately need to prove what this is and that it will pass?

I'm sorry your not, doing well.  I am at 25 months off and am in the worst shape I've been in yet.  I have had nice long windows though.  Sometimes there, are things that I believe being on waves of symptoms for me, such as sugar or supplements.  Sometimes I can't find a cause.

Try hard to think of there is anything that your consuming into your body in a regular basis that may be keeping you stuck in withdrawal.  Such as eating sweets, taking any supplements or medications?  Eating certain foods like peanuts or peanut butter?  Etc.  Another thing you might check to rule out that no doctor I've found personally, is intelligent enough to check or to know how to interpret the results for is viatam in b12 deficiency.  Either low b12 or high b12 will be sign of deficiency most likely.  I think the symptoms of b12 deficiency and Benzo withdrawal  are hard to distinguish sometimes.  And i personally theorize that there is a correlation between Benzo withdrawal and b12 issues.  In going through it now myself and trying to figure it out.  Hope, you feel better soon.

I live like a monk. No alcohol, caffeine, sugar, dairy, gluten, foods high in glutamate, etc.

Blood tests show no deficiencies. Guess I just have to ride this nightmare out.
