How long have you been tapering/ or did your taper take?

I cut down a bit before, but I have been solid tapering since January 2016 now.  So I've been doing this for 18 months now.  :o

Cmon green, yer out of the woods, time for zero. The next step is pitch the bottle and make the adjustment to not thinking about dose time. It's weird but good.

Hahaha.  Thanks for the encouragement but I'm still just going to take this slowly.  I tried really hard to schedule nothing important to do this summer, but life keeps throwing responsibilities my way.

I tapered down to .005mg of K before I jumped.

It was not until I got under .04mg that I felt like it was not effecting me anymore.

In my experience the dose you are at now is still plenty high enough not to jump.

There are definitely people that have jumped at your dose but from what I have read the lower you can go before you jump the better time you will have after.

Just my thoughts  :)

Started recently in The beginning of May.

For me it seemed to be easier in the beginning with higher drops and now it becomes more difficult.

I thought I'd chime in and win this competition

My taper started early 2010. It's been a crazy journey and I really really wanted to give up so many times. But here I am, still hoping to be free one day!

Please understand that I have been battling with many external stress factors at the same time and that I have been slowly recovering from a severe anxiety disorder.

Good luck to all of you and remember me the next time you feel like your taper is taking forever

I haven't been tapering as long as you but I am at a year and holding and don't plan to resume until the fall. I think we all just need to do this however it works for us. For me, I have tried this twice before and failed, so the fact that I am mostly stable at half my former dose is progress. I am working on managing stress, diet, meditation, etc. but will go as slow as I need to so I can remain functional. Better to just make progress no mater how long it takes!
