nevermind i just ate a bit ago and the b9 must have reved me up , my stomach is bloated again and anxiety

it really bothered my stomach and is not bloated and cramping and tight feels like the muscles are contracted like i did 1000 situps

well after that stomach issue went away i actually feel pretty good, im not as depressed and anxiety is alot better can just that vitamin really help?

Yes it really can..especially if you have the mthfr mutation, which you said you do. I'm slowly trying to introduce these two vitamins too. I always get side effects. Just keep going and see how you improve.

so maybe this why i was feeling so bad and it wasent withdrawal? im confused now, will this help withdrawal?

although many people feel b vitamins rev up their symptoms, for those who can tolerate it, or are willing to deal with the revved up symptoms for a bit, taking b vitamins can really help a person's symptoms.  Super high amounts will cause anxiety, but taking a supplement that is not really high (some are 1000 or 2000% of the daily dose - you usually don't want those) can really be helpful.
