Im a backpacking and decided to go on an over night trip.  I am in texas where it is 98 degrees and 100 percent humidity.  A mile in I was exhausted and felt like I was going to throw up.  I was well hydrated.  I drank a gallon of water before I hit the trail so I dont think it was heat exhaustion.  I am feeling a little panicky so I am wondering if my micro tapering is catching up with me.  Then I am thinking of my heart and I did what we all do when we panic.  I took some aspirin  lol  Anyone else get like this.  the server fatigue

Yeah I was at the beach today with the dog and it just hits me like a brick wall along with an off balance feeling. I push on but it's tough as hell.

Severe fatigue, along with dizziness and that boaty feeling started early in my taper......I never know how much to push....seems if I push too much....I just pay for it.  If I just sit around....it only gets worse.  It's a conundrum....any advice for a novice?

You've nailed it...no rhyme or reason to fatigue, sometimes you can do it all and then sometimes the simplest things become difficult. Remember to stretch often too. Hold on to some part of your life pre taper that you enjoy and don't forget to smile sometimes, even if it's forced. Your on a lower dose of V and your best friend is time off eventually. It's a sick game of patience and tolerance. I just try to grow on any plain possible during this part of my life.

Its definitely the sxs.  They are starting to pick up.  Starting to jitters a little bit and been having some mild panic attacks.  Think I need to hold for a couple weeks.  Was only a 3 percent cut.  I dont understand how people can cut 10 percent
