Headaches anyone?

Yes, yes and yes!!!  These have been one of my worst WD symptoms...I have them from the moment I wake up till the moment I go to sleep sometimes for weeks in a row.

I used to wake up ALL the time with horrible headaches!  The only think that kinda helps, and not always, is Advil.  Since it's not great to take all the time I try and take it only "as needed".

I seem to have a lot of head WD symptoms...headaches, pressure, hangover feeling, ear pressure, eye pain and dizziness.

As I've gotten lower in dose I don't wake up with them as much, but I do have headaches three, sometimes four days a week.

Common WD symptom.  Good luck!!!

Often the headaches we get in withdrawal are due to muscle tension and tightening muscles.  I found that doing some yoga stretches for the neck, back, shoulders, and arms can sometimes really loosen up the muscles and help reduce or sometimes even eliminate the headache.
