What symptoms do you have during a panic attack

I get dizzy, nauseous feel disoriented and have an incredible sense of impending doom. If it's full blown my BP and heart rate is also through the roof. I've never really been short of breath which it seems some people do. Just curious how they can manifest?

I'm sorry; I have them too...it's so hard. I found though that there is an Anxiety and Panic Workbook that has helped me better rationalize the attacks so that I know what's happening in my body...has helped some.

Very similar to yours, and I also get intensely bothered by little things. Like a bobble head toy may seem totally wrong and bother me to the point of getting nauseas. It's really annoying, because I may get very upset over something I need to be working on and have to abandon it. Other than that, just like you describe - dizzy, uncoordinated, feeling of doom. I also get very short of breath.

Mine is mostly in my head.. Feels like I can't think, I feel lost and confused, doubtful and insecure.. Panicky feelings and sense of impending doom, intrusive thoughts etc. I lose my ability to rationalize.

I too get them when I am stopped at traffic lights, or am stuck in traffic.  For that reason, I am now unable to drive unless it's around the block, or somewhere where there are no lights or traffic.  I don't understand as I used to love driving, and am hoping I am able to overcome that problem very soon.  I don't have an issue being a passenger when stopped at lights or in traffic.  It's like I feel trapped or something.  I just don't get it.

confusion, racing, unable to sit still, shooting pains in body, my nerve pain gets worse, i usually need to cry to calm down. i have trouble thinking even though my mind feels very clear, like i took a bunch of adrenaline(probably is adrenaline causing it). also i lose sensation in my arms/legs, feel like i'm not breathing, feel like my tongue is going to jump out of my mouth or i'm gonna black out.
