Constant pounding heart.

Try this during bad times. Save it as a message to self and you can always go to your personal messages and it will be there. :) If it continues you may need to be checked out with Doctor to be sure nothing is going on.

Yoga or other calming stretches

Okay. I need to get back into that and exercising.  Tough when I'm bed ridden tho.

Even without exercising or yoga, I can bring my heart rate down just by using breathing techniques.  Is your heart just pounding, or also racing?  (They could happen totally independent of each other for me while tapering - sometimes racing but not pounding, other times, pounding, but a normal heart rate.  Sometimes I had both)

Stay HYDRATED ! This is not only a symptom of Benzo WD, but also could mean your dehydrated or just not drinking enough water in general!

Staying hydrated and doing calming stretches are two things I would second. It helps me calm down also to listen to very soothing nature sounds/music. If you have a streaming music service, try looking up Solitudes by Dan Gibson. Most of his albums are good for calming stress, combining nature sounds like birds and streams or ocean waves with calm music chords. I play them sometimes to fall asleep, or during light exercises/stretching to calm down or relax.

Both. Pounding recently along with sweating and racing thoughts 24/7.
