I have been feeling better the lower I go and able to make larger cuts a little more frequently- but I 'm still listening to my body- did you stabilize at higher doses? I think that is an important question in determining what you should do...

Thank you.  Yes I did stabilize.  Now I feel like death the lower I go. I'm supposed to cut tonight and I'm still bed ridden from my last cut. The lower doses are not really effective anymore so i really don't know if I will stabilize.

Perhaps you should give it the same length of time you did previously. If that doesn't work then you will likely have to keep dredging through it- best of luck  :smitten:

If I don't stabilize the rest of the way down, does that mean that it will all catch up to me when I'm done with my taper and I'll have a worse acute phase?

Hey Snowflake, same here. I went too fast, jumped too soon, and yes, severe acute after I jumped from .25 mg.

Reinstated (really wish I hadn't!!) and tapered back down again. Jumped 10 days ago & fearful I'm headed that way again. Trying to stay ahead of it. Held way longer this time. May have the same results anyway.

Really struggling, lots of physical symptoms now. Mental seems to be improving, however.

I'd hold longer if I were you. As I got lower, it took me longer to stabilize, like 3-4 weeks. Once I got down under .25 mg, I didn't feel any different, which is why I jumped early.

Thank you for your advice Twinkle, I'm gonna try holding for a bit longer and see if I stabilize any.

These low doses have me bed ridden, feeling like death.

What do I do if I don't stabilize at all? Do I continue cutting with no holds?

That's exciting that your done! I can't wait until I can say the same! I hope the long hold helped this time and you heal quickly! :smitten:

I am feeling similar, Snowflake.  I don't feel like I'm stabilizing on my current low dose and am wondering if it will just be like this the rest of the taper.  If that is the case (no stabilizing on lower doses), then I figure I should just cut regardless of symptoms.  But I don't know if that will be the case!  I was scheduled to cut a few days ago but I didn't because I felt awful.  I'm going to give it some more time right now to see if my symptoms improve on this dose.  Good luck to you.

as long as I dont miss a dose like I did this week I stabilize.  I have been micro cutting.  Im at .120 mgs a day.  I weight the total weight of the pill with filler at cut from that.  Right now i take .40mgs of pill wight which is .120mgs of kpin a day.  Every sunday i drop .01mgs.  No next sunday i will start taking .39mgs a day.  Its slow and pretty painless.  I used to be in a rush to get off but that caused a lot of symptoms.  at this rate I almost have no symptoms.  Maybe 1 day a week i get little anxious or my heart rate speeds up but thats about it.  Like I said as long as I dont miss a dose I stay stabilized

Okay. How long does it take you to stabilize usually?

Hey snowflake.  I stabilized at .125 but I can't seem to be "ok" at .0625.  I'm not making this any worse for myself until I feel somewhat better

Lol look at my signature I'm on day 15 as well

Lol oh that's cool. Probably around the same dose too. I wouldn't know tho because I think I read my dose on the scale different than anyone on here? Hopefully I'm not doing it wrong. :-\

But I feel WORSE today than ever! I feel like I should be in the ER but there's nothing they can do to help!  :'(

Do you feel any better?

Can I get a texting/calling buddy? It would probably help to actually talk to someone going through the same thing plus make a friend.

Today was rough. I don't know if it's because of my recent cut, but it feels I have no energy to do anything. It feels like I have a flu everyday. It feels like it is getting worse than better. When I try to push myself I feel like I'm going to collapse. I don't know if my symptoms are because of withdrawal or the side effects of the clonazepam that is still in my body. I don't really care. I just want to feel better.

Having a texting buddy is a great idea. You can PM me anytime.

when I dropped to 1.25 mg, it took me around 3 weeks to stabilize, and my cuts were not as big as many of you on here. Everyone is different, and even though I say I have stabilized, I still have many symptoms, but they are much more bearable than before.
