B VITAMINS

[Ju...]

Lots of people say it revs them up. I think they rev me up as well, but sometimes I feel like I need to take them, as I don't eat a lot, and I don't want a deficiency. I guess I should probably get tested to see if I'm low, and if not, it would stop my worrying.

Jus, You will have to try it out because we are all different.  Try not to base your decisions on how things affect others.

Be sure that you take quality supplements with little to no additives.

I take a B Complex in the evening about an hour before bed with no issues.

B vitamins to increase my anxiety quite a bit and it took me awhile to figure out that it was the B vitamins actually doing it but I know a lot of people that can take B vitamins without issue.

B vitamins dont inherently rev up anxiety but you're much more sensitive to having anxiety due to adverse reactions due to creating imbalances with other B vitamins or nutrients within the body, starting up methylation improperly, or chelating metals and toxins.

I take 300 mg of magnesium chelate a day (75 mg capsules at different times of the day) and I did notice a big difference in my anxiety and panic attacks (also I don't get heart palpitations any longer). I did find that I personally cannot stand B-12. It causes panic attacks for me. But I am starting Niacinamide (the close cousin to Niacin without the flushing properties). I have read a great deal about how it calm you down quite a bit. So I will let you know how that works. It's worth a shot I believe to see how you do on it (problem is it says it takes a while to start being effective, BUT my friend who is suffering daily panic attacks said he hasn't had a panic attack for two weeks because he takes 500 mg of Niacin).

This is the best and only answer right here. You gotta try it yourself. I used to research everything about supps and vits on here and it discouraged me from taking any. I decided to just try them, I had major anxiety when I did but it had nothing to do with the supp but it was more from the negative comments I read because you never remember the positive comments.

I think for me it's b12 that revs me up. i've taken b3,b5,b6, b1, with no issues by themselves. but when i take a complex. i get insomnia, numb/itchy skin that is painful, and confused/anxiety too much energy. I'm almost positive it's the b12.
