Chest pain symptoms from withdrawal

Recommended Posts

I have noticed that on my right side of the chest I feel it's like a pulling tightness of some sort.

Maybe it's not related to anything serious? I don't know.

I'm tapering 1.5 mg of Ativan by Liquid Titration.

Or maybe this could be because I was agitated and screaming most of the day.

But my breathing is normal.

Does anyone know what this can be ?

Thank you for reading this.

I to have "chest cramps"

I've been and still going through a full heart work up.

But I'm so tense in my neck and back that I can only imagine my chest is just as tense.

Try using a heating pad & try to calm down!

Easier said then done right ._.

You got this tho ✊🏽

Diaphragmatic breathing exercises and yoga/stretching help me get through the tough times with the same issues. We are on muscle relaxers so they can tend to do all sorts of odd things. Spasm, become tight....hydrate and get in a daily groove to help.

This is great advise. I know that along my journey, i have had muscle pulling in my face, back, legs, chest etc. Finding some way to calm yourself is key. I don't think there has been a muscle group on me that hasn't been effected. Yoga stretches do help.
