I would love to hear about people, particularly those with high anxiety including agoraphobic tendencies, improving once off.

of all the awfulness, man the agoraphobia is the one thats really ruining my life right now. the boaty dizzy acid trip weirdness is awful, but the being phobic to EVERYTHING is arghhh. i cant walk into a 711 and stand at the counter for 2 minutes without feeling super anxious and like im going to drop. im turning down every single thing friends ask me to do, im skipping events id looove to be a part of. ive already quit my band last year, and blew off potential amazing girl. (not nasty blew her off i just mean i couldnt follow through on the chance to be with someone special) :(

ugh with a capital UGH.

please, someone say again it gets better haha.

best wishes to all

I used to have a lot of natural anxiety and panic attacks, but never had the agoraphobia before taking ativan. When I started to cross over to valium, the agoraphobia lifted a little bit for a while, but since my body was unable to fully go on valium, I had to dry cut the ativan and hold the valium dose. Once I got below 1.2mg ativan, the agoraphobia was back with a vengeance. Now, I am down to almost 0.5mg ativan, and it is still there. Hope it lifts, eventually.

It's probably WAY to soon for me to gauge this as have only recently jumped. but my anxiety has definetly gone down (for now at least). I have the insomnia, floaty. Dr etc etc  but, I dunno, I don't feel much anxiety at all (and I really should as my life is a complete MESS. If anyone wants it please let me know.)

I keep expecting it to hit my like a ton of bricks but it hasn't (Yet!)
