I'm starting to worry about my trouble to breathe? Should I see pulmonalogist ? My chest X-ray was normal .

I don't hear many buddies have these symtoms .

Hi, I had this awful and it still happens at times ... there is no air it seems or  not enough being taken in and you end up breathing more and gasping for more ... it feels like a shortness of breath...It is in fact anxiety ...even when we don't feel anxious it is there and this is why the hard to breathe happens ...also withdrawal affects all our organs lungs included as there is Gaba there too ...some are bloated which pushes the lungs so they also feel this ...It goes away and eases up ..Tass.x
