Members are not allowed to share personal information such as phone numbers. This is for everyone's protection.  We value our member's privacy and safety above all else.  The last thing we would want to happen is for someone to be harmed by a person who misrepresents themselves.

 

Toughtime, I know you've been looking for someone to talk to.  Please post on the forum, you can receive good support this way.  When I was going through withdrawal, the forum was my lifeline, it can be that for you as well.

Hey, tough time, I see you've been off k for about 4 weeks. For me, after I jumped, I was fine the first 2 weeks, then started feeling bad at week 3, then weeks 4-6 were REALLY bad.

 

Around week 8, I started to feel much better, but had some breathing problems, which caused me to reinstate.

 

Hang on and take care of yourself. Make sure you are eating enough calories and staying hydrated. I had to even force feed myself Ensure for almost a week.

 

But you'll get through it! You will! Distraction is key. If you can't sleep, don't stress about it. Everything will improve soon.

 

Just keep going. Not sure how long you were on k, but once you get through, don't ever start back up again. Because each withdrawal is WORSE.

 

Try and push through, you're in the worst of it right now.
