Just wondering...

I'm struggling with mostly mental symptoms at this point. I'm almost 8 months out. I can't believe it. Today I spent the first whole day in bed in 3 weeks. If it's not major depression than it's anxiety. My wife thinks I need to try meds again... the waiting game just is not working out. My depression is not lifting.

I thought it would be the opposite. I have been working through this whole process...I don't know how, but I'm managing. I honestly think it's extending my withdrawal. I'm looking forward to taking off for the summer, since I'm a teacher.

I still have the depression at 17 months off...I'm a slow healer unfortunately. As long as you keep busy at home doing things...household jobs/exercise/puzzles/etc you should be good. Less stress on the nervous system is the way to go. I can't wait to give mine a break.  :)
